Chepala pulusu ingredients
For marination
Bocha fish – 1kg(Catla fish)
Salt
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
Marinate 30mins
Paste
Onions – 2(Medium size)
Garlic pods – 15
Coriander seeds – 2 tbsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Blend into paste
Tamarind Water
Tamarind – 80gms
Water (350-400ml)
Tomato puree
Tomatoes – 180g (3 medium size)
Make puree
Making of Chepala pulusu
Oil – 4 tbsp
Fenugreek seeds – 1 tsp
Blended masala paste
Curry leaves – 1cup
Gingergarlic paste – 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
Rock salt (2nd 50%)
Red chilli powder – 2 tsp
Tomato puree
Green chilli – 10
Marinated fish
Tamarind juice
Water – 1 litre
Grinded masala
Coriander leaves
For masala
Pepper – 1 tsp
Cardamom – 4
Cinnamon – 1 inch
Cloves – 5
