For Marination
Chicken — 1 kg
Salt
Turmeric powder — 1 tsp
Red chilli powder – 1 tbsp
Ginger & Garlic paste — 1 tbsp.
Blended masala Ingredients:
Cardamom — 3
Cinnamon — 1 inch
Cloves — 5
Cumin seeds — 1 tsp
Black pepper — 1 tsp
Fennel seeds – 1 tsp
Stone flower — 1 tbsp
Sesame seeds — 1 tbsp
Coriander seeds — 1 tbsp
Almonds — 20.
Dry red chillies — 9
Bay leaves — 2
Saute them in a pan on low flame
Let it cool & Blend into fine powder
Preparation of Chicken Gravy
Oil — 3 tbsp
Ghee — 1 tbsp
Chopped onions — 200gms
Marinated Chicken
Curry leaves — 1 cup
Chopped tomatoes — 1 cup
Blended masala
Water — 200ml
Coriander leaves — 1 cup
